Jeff was amazing. Quick, attentive and very nice to communicate with. We needed a report from the c4 processor for remodel planning and he was able to get us what we needed withing merely hours after paying the estimated hours.

If you can unscrew an outlet and hook black to black and white to white, Then you are smart enough to use Control 4 and call these guys to help you program your system. Stop wasting your time calling local people who don t call back or the ones that do and never show up. Jeff was awesome and fixed everything in 30 minutes. I paid for support and within 4 hours everything was fixed.

I was using a local Control4 dealer and they could not figure out how to install Roku drivers on my system. Jeff was confident he could install the drivers and had actually done it for another customer with same Control4 version as my system. Within 3 days of purchasing some programming hours he got the job done. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend!
