Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job setting up my new Control4 system. Everything is integrated perfectly, and we absolutely love the results. I'm a customer for life and will definitely be using their services for upgrades and maintenance. Highly recommend!

We bought a home that had a Control4 system in place. Unfortunately, no one would help us get acess to any of the programming, UNTIL WE MET JEFF at AutomatedNow. When we first contacted AutomatedNow, we never expected a response because so many other companies blew us off. But Jeff has been responsive and helpful from day one. Jeff has shown so much patience, along with his expert knowledge, to get us where we need to be with this system. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Again, Jeff's patience was commendable as we were shooting in the dark in the early part of the project. This project was done 100% remotely by Jeff with us serving as the hands in the field. We are very pleased with the outcome.
Very happy with the service always prompt and helpful will continue to use Automated Now.

Managing, designing, and implementing a project from 600 miles away seemed tricky. It was handled perfectly. The products arrived on time and the installation was great. Programming was very creative and the follow thru after has been much better than expected. Highly recommended for system design or to maximize all the benefits of a Control4 system you already have. They make it fun again.
The go to place for C4 Drivers - customer service is amazing; even based in the UK they respond within minutes of the time zones matching. Helpdesk is super responsive and never less than excellent.

I just want to say thank you to Automated Now. I purchased the AVA REMOTE CONTROL and I’m loving it. The setup instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. This was my first purchase with them, but will not be my last.
