Did not know what to expect when I contacted Automated Now, since my original programmer was giving me the works. First conversation with Jeff I knew he was the real deal. Jeff was patient, responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful in getting everything configured and setup. He had lots of cleanup work to do on the system. I will certainly be calling him next time I need anything Control4 Related. Jeff is by far the best. Automated Now, is now a member of my contact list.

After working with a local integrator, I was left with a poorly functioning and expensive Control4 system in my house we barely used. I looked locally for other integrators, but never had a great experience. I widened my search and found Jeff and Automated Now. Jeff hopped on a call with me right away, listened to my problems, took a look and started cleaning up the previous mess. I have worked with Automated Now for about 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier. My Control4 solution works flawlessly, and I have even expanded it into other aspects of our home with Jeff's help. I highly recommend this company, they are great to do business with and very knowledgeable.

Working with Jeff was beyond a pleasure and reassuring that the work we needed done was in good hands. We opened a new restaurant and needed Jeff to program Ebay purchased Control4 equipment. We had an audio matrix, two controllers, three IO Extenders and over 20 light switches. We also purchased three Ipads to be used with this system.
Jeff was able to remotely configure everything to work as requested and was extremely professional, responsive, and easy to contact. Just as importantly, his pricing for all the work was extremely fair!
I will definitely recommend his services to anyone and will be certainly continuing to use them for our company.

Above and Beyond. After buying a home with many built-in audio and Control4 products. The upgrade to all of the latest product eventually led me to Jeff; I was seeking help. I hired him that afternoon. The attention to detail, as well as determination to resolve any issue, are the reasons that I'm still working with Jeff today. I've presented complex issues to Jeff which he is able to solve in very little time. Always honest and worth any cost.

I had Automated Now update my Control4 system to OS3 and the entire experience was very positive. Jeff was my programmer and he did a fantastic job. I have a fairly extensive home project that he was able to analyze and update with very few problems. He was very responsive to my requests and he was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the Control4 environment. Thank you! I was very pleased with the service and result I got from Jeff at Automated Now! The cost was reasonable too. I had been playing Magnolia to service my C4 service for years. They didn't do updates. It was a waste of money. When I heard about Automated Now’s pay as you go arrangement, I realized this was a better solution. I will be using Automated Now for my C4 programming in the future.

Our project was a major system migration about 4-5 months ago -Jeff is hands down the best programmer i have worked with. He is extremely efficient at quickly troubleshooting and solving issues. Working with Jeff was a pleasure - he is very patient, responsive and knowledgeable. Most importantly he did exactly what he said he would and went above and beyond to optimize each programming solution.

We bought a home that had a Control4 system in place. Unfortunately, no one would help us get acess to any of the programming, UNTIL WE MET JEFF at AutomatedNow. When we first contacted AutomatedNow, we never expected a response because so many other companies blew us off. But Jeff has been responsive and helpful from day one. Jeff has shown so much patience, along with his expert knowledge, to get us where we need to be with this system. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Again, Jeff's patience was commendable as we were shooting in the dark in the early part of the project. This project was done 100% remotely by Jeff with us serving as the hands in the field. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Managing, designing, and implementing a project from 600 miles away seemed tricky. It was handled perfectly. The products arrived on time and the installation was great. Programming was very creative and the follow thru after has been much better than expected. Highly recommended for system design or to maximize all the benefits of a Control4 system you already have. They make it fun again.

I can't speak highly enough about the job Jeff did in setting up my Control4 system. Everything was a complete mess when he began our project and I was expecting it to take days for him to untangle and fix all of the problems. Instead, he worked quickly and efficiently, and we had a fully functional system by the end of the day. Working with Jeff literally saved me thousands of dollars that would have been spent on a less experienced, less efficient local dealer. As long as I have a Control4 system I will be working with Jeff.
