Google Assistant Voice Control for Your Smart Home
“Hey Google, turn on the lights.”
Google Assistant and Google Home provide convenient voice control for compatible smart-home devices and connected systems. Use natural voice commands to control lighting, climate, shades and other devices throughout your home.
Google Assistant can also work with your Control4 smart home, bringing Google voice control to a professionally integrated automation system. This gives Control4 homeowners another convenient way to interact with devices and automated scenes throughout the home.
Voice interaction can be simple and natural, for example:
- “Hey Google, lower the shades and turn off the kitchen lights.”
- “Hey Google, dim the theater lights to 40%.”
- “Hey Google, set the temperature to 72 degrees.”
- “Hey Google, turn off the downstairs lights.”
Automated Now can help configure and integrate Google Assistant and Google Home with Control4 and other compatible smart-home devices, providing voice control alongside your existing Control4 remotes, touchscreens, mobile devices and automation.
Whether you're adding Google voice control to an existing smart home or expanding your automation system, professional configuration helps ensure devices are organized properly and voice commands are intuitive and easy to use.
