Smart Lighting & Home Automation Lighting
Smart lighting is one of the most powerful parts of a professionally automated home. Instead of controlling individual lights one at a time, an integrated lighting system can coordinate switches, dimmers, fixtures and scenes throughout your home and automatically adjust lighting based on time, occupancy, activities or other events.
Automated Now specializes in professional Control4 and Lutron lighting control, including Control4 lighting solutions and Lutron systems such as RadioRA 3, Ketra and Caséta. Lighting can also be integrated with shades, climate, audio/video, security and other smart-home systems to create coordinated whole-home automation.
Smart lighting automation can include:
- Creating scenes such as Good Morning, Dinner, Movie and Good Night
- Automatically lighting a pathway through the home at night
- Dimming theater lights when a movie begins and restoring them when it is paused
- Turning lights on or off based on motion and occupancy
- Adjusting lighting based on time of day or natural light
- Controlling multiple rooms or the entire home from a single button, touchscreen, app or voice command
With professional lighting control, automation happens naturally in the background while manual control is always available when you want it. Automated Now can provide smart lighting products, Control4 and Lutron programming, system integration and professional installation for new and existing smart homes.
