WHAT WE'LL DO

Programming Cleanup & Repair

• Review, clean up, refresh, and service your existing Control4 programming.

• Evaluate and repair programming for non-working devices throughout the contracted home.

• Correct applicable programming, connection, and configuration issues discovered during the rescue.

• Clean up existing scheduled events and automated programming when desired.

• Update the client's Favorite Channels based on their ZIP code.

Devices & Zigbee

• Evaluate Control4 devices that are offline, unresponsive, or operating incorrectly.

• Re-identify applicable Control4 Zigbee devices associated with the contracted project.

• Review Zigbee-related issues that may be affecting system operation.

• Work with you or your installer when physical interaction with a device is required.

System & Driver Updates

• Evaluate the existing Control4 operating system and update it to an appropriate stable release when compatible.

• Review existing drivers within the project.

• Update applicable drivers to compatible stable versions when appropriate.

• Identify outdated, unsupported, or incompatible drivers and equipment that may require additional attention.

Network & Communication Evaluation

• Evaluate applicable LAN, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, and system communication issues that may be contributing to Control4 problems.

• Review communication between Control4 and integrated equipment.

• Identify potential network-related conditions affecting system performance.

YOUR PROJECT FILE IS INCLUDED

Once the House Rescue is complete, we'll provide you with a copy of the updated Control4 .c4p project file for your records.

You'll also receive a project summary outlining the work completed and applicable recommendations for your system.

ADDITIONAL REPAIRS & UPGRADES

House Rescue covers the programming cleanup and restoration of your existing contracted Control4 system, but some problems can't be corrected through programming alone.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Replacement of failed, end-of-life, or unsupported hardware.

• New equipment or devices being added to the existing system.

• Replacement or purchase of required third-party drivers.

• Major system expansions or requested new functionality.

• Extensive network repair, reconfiguration, or replacement of networking equipment.

• Additional work outside the original House Rescue scope.

If we discover an issue that requires additional equipment or work, we'll explain what we've found and provide recommendations before proceeding with work outside the contracted scope.

Failed or incompatible hardware, replacement equipment, paid third-party drivers, major system expansions, networking equipment, extensive network configuration or repair, and work outside the contracted rescue scope are not included unless separately quoted.
