The answer is yes!  With our programming detective service, we will spend the time to completely analyze the status of your existing system from top to bottom. 

We make a courtesy backup of your project and at your request will email you your own .c4p file even if you choose not to work with us in the future.  We also will provide you a cable schedule and Visio drawing (converted to PDF on request) of your system, as it is currently connected, for your reference.

Our next part of the process is to formally present to you a plan to restore any non-functioning devices, update applicable products, and propose pricing on hardware upgrades, programming fees for requested changes/fixes etc.  When dealing with Automated Now, you always know what you are dealing with in terms of budgets and costs in advance, no surprises, even if we get surprised by your dormant Control4 system!
