The purpose of this service isn't to immediately start changing your system.

First, we investigate.

Our programmers review the existing Control4 project and help determine the current condition of your system. We'll look for issues that may be contributing to unreliable operation, missing functionality, outdated programming, or equipment that is no longer communicating properly.

Once we understand what you're working with, we'll explain what we found and help you determine the next steps.

One of the most valuable parts of the Detective service is giving you documentation for the Control4 system you already own.

We'll create a cable schedule and system connection drawing based on the existing configuration we are able to identify.

Your system drawing can also be provided as a PDF upon request, giving you useful documentation for future service, programming, and system upgrades.

We'll also make a courtesy backup of your Control4 project and, at your request, provide you with a copy of your .c4p project file for your records—even if you decide not to move forward with additional services from Automated Now.

A CLEAR PLAN FOR WHAT COMES NEXT

Once our investigation is complete, we'll provide recommendations for getting your Control4 system where you want it to be.

Depending on what we discover, recommendations may include:
