Control4 Programming - ID 1 Device

*Service designed specifically for projects that already have existing programming.

ID 1 DEVICE PROGRAMMING INCLUDES:

• Identification/configuration of one related device into composer software. 
  (light switch, additional remote, keypad, etc.) 
• Work with your on site installers or client to physically identify the device. 
• No hassle scheduling, we work with your project schedule.
• 1 year programming bug warranty.
  (Please note we are only taking responsibility for indentifcation of said device, any pre-existing conditions or bugs will not be serviced.) 

PROGRAMMING SPECIFICS:

• Identify 1 compatible product or zigbee device via remote access.
• Configure device if needed for operation.
• Not for registering new systems/accounts, use hourly. (New systems)
   

HOW IT WORKS:

• Purchase the appropriate programming package from automatednow.com
  (specify client or project name, as well as installation date when possible) 
• You will receive an e-mail with your confirmation and instructions.
• We will contact you for any further information, including project specifics, equipment, scheduling, etc.
• We will contact you to physically identify the device in question at the appropriate time.
• Once the project is completed and the client/installer is satisfied you will receive a project summary update along with a copy of the project file for your records.
